From the moment I made my reservation and spoke to Joyce, their attentiveness and willingness to assist was outstanding. They even helped me navigate the ongoing construction at the Sabang pier, ensuring a smooth arrival.

The hotel's location in the main street of Sabang is perfect for exploring all that this vibrant area has to offer. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach, making it convenient for diving enthusiasts like myself to access the beautiful dive sites. The staff at this hotel are simply outstanding - from the warm greetings at the 24-hour reception to the attentive service in the restaurant. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met during my stay. The attention to detail in the rooms on the ground floor is commendable, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep.

The cooling system in the rooms could use some improvement, as the air conditioning wasn't as effective as I had hoped. However, the combination of the aircon and fan was sufficient to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

Location was also a plus; though it was situated down a busy street, transportation was available and the hotel was easy to find. The staff were extremely accommodating, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was a highlight, as the dishes served were delicious and satisfying.

Celebrated Christmas here and it was fantastic! The staff were amazing, always willing to help with a smile. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to all the local attractions. The food was delicious and diverse, with plenty of options for everyone's taste. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the organized private boat trip, it was a wonderful experience.

Some of the menu items were not available, which was a bit disappointing. , the outside services coordinated with the hotel were not up to par.

I recently had an outstanding stay at a resort and dive center in a popular area of the Philippines. Let me start by saying that the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. Situated in the heart of a bustling street, it was incredibly convenient to explore the area and find everything I needed.

While everything at this hotel was more than satisfactory, there was one small aspect that could be improved. The temperature control in the rooms could have been a bit better.

We also enjoyed the delicious dishes and drinks offered by the hotel's restaurant.
